1. Return We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us.
If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
If by any reason, you need to change the size, color, or the refund is under the reason of "Unlike", the delivery cost will be deducted from the total product price.
2. Exchanges We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund(as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Refunds If a refund is payable to you we will refund the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If a refund cannot be made to the original payment method then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order (except in the case of a full or part purchase of goods using a Gift Card, as detailed below).
If any product purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price, any money owing will be issued as a Gift Card (or e-voucher). If your purchase was partially paid for on Gift Card and a refund is payable to you, your Gift Card will be refunded up to the card’s original value, any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase. If you no longer have the Gift Card used to purchase the returned good(s), we will issue you with a new Gift Card to the value payable to you up to the amount of the card’s original value.
Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item which we have received back.
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of this within a week of having returned the item. Please note that if you have been provided with our freepost address that due to the extra time it takes for freepost items to be delivered it may take up to 14 days to receive confirmation of your refund. Please note that at busy times of the year such as public holidays, these times may increase.
4. Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within a short and reasonable period from receipt then you can return it to us and, if we find it to be faulty, we shall exchange it for you. If, however, the fault is due to excessive wear or accidental damage you will not be eligible for an exchange. If it is found to be faulty we shall also refund your postal expenses in the form of a cheque. Please note we cannot make any concrete promises to exchange an item, or issue a postal refund, until we have seen and assessed the item.
